All eyes are on the New Year. And it’s time for change.

This bold new year inspires us to aim higher, try harder, and strive to be the best we can be.

It’s the natural time that you’re planning the upcoming year.
Open your heart to what’s coming.

Prepare for new doors to open, and expect amazing things to happen.

You’re being called to serve and the world needs you.

“If you don’t know where you’re going, you might wind up someplace else.” ~ Yogi Berra

It’s starts with a plan. Map out what you plan to accomplish and how you’re
going to feel. Because when you feel good, the rest of us feel good too.

Follow this easy 3-step goal setting guide to find the path you’re supposed to be on.

  1. Start with reflection. Look back at this past year.
Make note of the little things, the big things, the impactful moments,  and jot down how they made you feel.
Take a positive look. What inspired you, filled you and energized you?
This helps you decide what you want to do more of, and less of, in the future.
  2. What do you want to do differently?
How can you improve for next year?Maybe you started something with good intention, but it didn’t quite end on the high note you were planning.
How can you take a different approach to get the outcome you want?
  3. Do you see a core thread in an area, or a strength that keeps on surfacing?
What theme stands out? This is the fun part. Write your headline about how you’re going to play out this next year and make your 2015 goals come to life.
Your calling. Your destiny. Your assignment.
What does that look like, who does it impact and how do you feel along the journey?

Your year is about the journey. You’ll know you’re on the right path
when the journey feels the way the destination will feel.

We’re all in this together. Share your headline over in our Facebook community so we can cheer you on!
